1. Eligibility — adult community
BroLabz is an adult community and adult service. The public website, member site, Discord spaces we operate, game servers, email when provisioned, and related features are intended only for people who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your place of residence, if higher).
By creating an account, signing in, joining our Discord, or using BroLabz services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you do not, you must not use BroLabz.
BroLabz may suspend or remove accounts and access if we reasonably believe someone is underage. We do not use Discord’s age-restricted / mature server product settings for this policy; eligibility is stated in these terms and our community rules.
2. Terms of use
By creating an account, signing in to, or using BroLabz services—including the public website, member site (accounts.brolabz.com), Discord community spaces we operate, any game servers we host, and email or webmail if we provision it for you—you agree to these terms and the eligibility rules above.
Accounts and services may be limited, suspended, or revoked at any time at BroLabz’s sole discretion, with or without notice, including for abuse, security risk, capacity limits, or inactivity. Some services (such as @brolabz.com email) are offered only when BroLabz provisions them—not as an open public signup product.
BroLabz is a free community lab. A free account is enough to copy the connect address and use On-demand Start when capacity allows. Optional tips (see Fund the lab) never buy rank, slots, or special server access.
3. Acceptable use
Use BroLabz only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm BroLabz, other members, or third parties. Without limitation, you must not:
- Send spam, phishing, malware, or other abusive email
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
- Harass, threaten, cheat, exploit, or defraud others (including game cheats/hacks on our servers)
- Host, distribute, or transmit illegal content
- Interfere with service availability, capacity systems, or security
- Abuse Start / pin / vote features to deny others fair use of shared capacity
- Use services to violate export, sanctions, copyright, or other applicable laws
- Share account credentials or allow others to use your account without permission
- Post join passwords or private connect addresses on public websites, social media, or ads
Game channels and Discord may have additional house rules. You must also follow applicable law and each game’s and platform’s terms (for example Steam and the publisher EULA). Violations may result in removal from services and/or reporting where required by law.
4. Privacy notice
We process account and operational data as needed to run and secure the lab—for example: username, website display name, optional Discord display name, optional SteamID64, authentication data, recovery email, mail you store with us (if provisioned), logs, support mail, Discord-related ops messages we send, and game-session data such as Start/stop requests, custom checkouts, capacity usage, and server status.
This website is built without third-party advertising trackers. Email and related services use normal internet delivery to people and providers you contact. Game publisher clients (e.g. Steam) and our Discord server are governed by those companies’ terms and privacy policies as well as ours.
If you use Fund the lab, card payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe receives the payment details you enter on their checkout pages. BroLabz receives confirmation of payment (amount, time, and limited receipt metadata)—not your full card number. Stripe’s processing is subject to Stripe’s privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal information. We may retain logs and backups for security, continuity, and legal compliance. Contact [email protected] for privacy questions.
5. Fund the lab (optional tips)
BroLabz may accept voluntary tips through Stripe Payment Links on brolabz.com/fund.html (and any other tip links we publish). Tips are optional. You do not need to tip to create an account, join servers, use on-demand Start, or participate in Rock the vote.
- Not pay-to-win. Tips do not unlock extra Start slots, Always-on pins, Trusted rank, private worlds, better gear, or any gameplay advantage. Capacity and rank rules are the same for everyone.
- Not a sale of game access. Tips support lab costs (power, hardware, network, licenses, new hosts). They are not a subscription for a guaranteed server, uptime SLA, or reserved capacity.
- Voluntary / generally non-refundable. Tips are voluntary contributions. Except where required by law or decided case-by-case by BroLabz (e.g. clear duplicate charge), tips are not refundable. Card statements typically show BROLABZ.
- No entitlement. Tipping does not create an employment, partnership, or fiduciary relationship, and does not oblige BroLabz to keep any particular game online or spend tip funds on a specific title.
- Processor errors. Payment failures, bank holds, and Stripe outages are outside BroLabz control. Contact [email protected] if you believe you were charged in error.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” BroLabz makes no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BroLabz and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, progress, items, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the services—including game downtime, wipes, capacity limits, or tip processing—even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
BroLabz does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, deliverability of email to third-party providers, Steam/game publisher availability, or preservation of data. You are responsible for your own backups of important information.
You are solely responsible for your conduct and content. You agree to use the services in compliance with all applicable laws and to indemnify and hold harmless BroLabz and its operators from claims arising from your misuse of the services, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Email-specific terms
Email delivery depends on the wider internet and third-party providers. BroLabz is not responsible for messages blocked, delayed, or filtered by others. You must not use BroLabz email for bulk unsolicited commercial email or other abuse. We may rate-limit, quarantine, or disable accounts that threaten service reputation or security.
8. Game servers & member site
Game servers are recreational when available. They may include Always-on community servers that stay online, On-demand shared servers that signed-in members Start from the member site when they are ready to play, and Custom member checkouts (you run your own server).
- Servers may be wiped, restarted, modified, stopped, or taken offline at any time (including idle auto-stop when nobody is playing).
- On-demand worlds are shared: Start does not create a private instance for one person.
- Custom checkouts are yours to administer (open join or invite-only). Empty custom servers may auto-stop after about 24 hours with nobody playing (the world is usually kept so you can Start again). If a checkout stays stopped unused for about 7 days, the slot may be returned and the world discarded. None of this is guaranteed: BroLabz may stop, wipe, or return a checkout sooner for abuse, capacity, security, or lab needs. You are responsible for your own backups.
- Shared capacity limits apply (slots / Light · Medium · Heavy, Always-on and On-demand meters, Custom pool). Personal 24-hour Start budgets may also apply. Limits can change as the lab grows.
- Early stop of an On-demand server may require staff approval; empty servers may stop automatically after idle timers.
- Rock the vote and pin petitions are community signals; BroLabz decides what to host and is not required to implement any vote.
- BroLabz is not responsible for lost progress, items, characters, or time.
- Follow posted server rules and the terms of the underlying game publishers. Game names and trademarks belong to their owners; BroLabz is not affiliated with or endorsed by those publishers unless stated otherwise.
- Join passwords and private connect addresses are for authorized members only—do not post them on public websites, X/Twitter, ads, or images.
9. Third-party names, logos & trademarks
BroLabz does not own Discord, X (Twitter), Steam, or any game publisher brands. Names, logos, icons, and trademarks of third parties—including Discord, X, Steam / Valve, Minecraft / Mojang / Microsoft, and individual game titles—remain the property of their respective owners.
- Game card art on BroLabz is original BroLabz artwork unless we say otherwise. It is not official publisher art.
- We use those marks only to identify third-party services or games, or as ordinary links to BroLabz’s own community pages (for example our Discord invite and X profile).
- Display of a logo or name does not mean BroLabz is sponsored by, endorsed by, partnered with, or officially affiliated with that company—unless we say so in plain language.
- Third-party services (Discord, X, Steam, Minecraft/Microsoft/Mojang, payment processors, etc.) have their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of those services is between you and them.
